03 / Security Posture
Not by policy. Your data is encrypted with keys derived uniquely for you. Even our own engineers cannot read your conversations, memories, or personal documents.
Fernet + HKDF Key Derivation
Algorithm
Fernet (AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256) with HKDF key derivation per user. Industry-standard authenticated encryption.
Scope
Personal data, journal entries, relationship context, OAuth tokens, briefing preferences. Everything personal is encrypted.
Isolation
Single master key derives unique per-user keys. Two users with identical data produce different ciphertext.
All imported data is scanned and sanitized before storage. Personally identifiable information is detected and redacted automatically across 10 categories.
Database
Row-level security ensures each user can only access their own records. No cross-user data leakage is architecturally possible.
Memory
Vector memory stored in per-user namespaces. Your memories exist in a completely separate partition from every other user.
On request, a forensic-grade purge removes all data across 0 database tables, vector memory, authentication records, and file storage. Nothing persists. This is not a soft delete. It is permanent, verifiable erasure. Your right to disappear is absolute.
