By accessing or using Aetherion ("the Service"), operated by This is 37, LLC DBA She Thrives Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aetherion is an AI life dashboard for solopreneurs that provides personalized AI interaction, persistent memory, email and calendar integration, task management, document organization, and optional SMS notifications. The Service is designed for individual use and is offered on a subscription basis with a free trial period.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is fundamental to our service. All personal data is encrypted using zero-knowledge architecture. We do not sell, share, or use your data for training AI models. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: engage in illegal activity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; transmit malware or harmful code; impersonate another person; or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of This is 37, LLC DBA She Thrives Marketing. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. We claim no ownership over your conversations, memories, or personal data.

7. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Pricing, features, and billing cycles are described on our website or communicated during onboarding. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Communications & SMS

By using the Service, you may receive email communications related to your account, including security alerts, billing notifications, and service updates. These transactional messages are necessary for operating your account and do not require separate opt-in.

The Service also offers optional SMS notifications including daily briefings, reminders, and companion updates. SMS messaging requires your explicit consent, which you may provide during signup, in your account settings, or verbally during an assisted onboarding session. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service.

Message frequency varies based on your preferences. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or disabling SMS in your account settings. Reply HELP for assistance.

9. Third-Party Account Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts, including Google Gmail and Google Calendar. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize us to access the data you have consented to share through that provider's authorization process.

You retain full control over connected accounts and may disconnect them at any time from your profile settings. We store only encrypted OAuth tokens, never your passwords. Upon disconnection, your stored tokens are deleted immediately.

We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services. If a provider revokes access or experiences downtime, the affected features will be temporarily unavailable within Aetherion, but your data will remain intact with the third-party provider.

Your use of connected third-party services remains subject to those providers' own terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Data Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your data at any time. Upon confirmation, we will permanently remove all associated data from our systems, including conversation history, memory entries, and personal information. This action is irreversible.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
